If you can, as you express your desire above, must you participate in any such discussion that come your way. If you have particular interest in participating in an NDTV programme, may you please write to NDTV to include you as a panelist in any of their future programmes on Kashmir. It is advised that while showing your interest in them, you should identify yourself with credentials and a brief on your views on Kashmir, so that it is easier and important for them to include you in their shows. I think it should help. Also, if you have such views or opinions on Kashmir that you want to share with the world, you can organise debates and let people air their opinion wherein you can also let them know what do you feel on the issue. Yes I want to express real issues of Kashmir, where poor, innocent and downtroden people suffer more. Nationalists who love their country India are deceived by both the Union and the State govt. I shall feel grateful to you if I am given a chance to participate in a debate on Kashmir.

**I created a soundcloud account at http://www.soundcloud.com. There you can upload music from your computer and create a music player to share to your wordpress account. When you want to embed your music player just go under widgets and add a “text” widget to your sidebar. Enter the code that the sound cloud created for your music player and there you have it!

I don’t know what makes them linger on cases for decades together due to one or the other reasons. Such unnecessary stretching the issue, till the crucial evidence i.e. the petitioner is lost or the respondent moves to another world, is beyond imagination. Finally, the courts give ‘a’ judgment and not justice.

How are you? Recently I read your article about Prof. Neb Raj Bhatia. I am from Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan and was interested in getting to know more about Prof. Neb Raj Bhatia.
The Bhatia family was a very well known family in D.I.K and we still have a bazzar named Bhatia Bazzar after them. Please pay my condolences to the family of Prof. Neb Raj Bhatia and it would be really appreciated if you could give me the email address of one of his family members so that I may get in touch with them. I would love to have some old family photographs or some information about their whereabouts in Dera Ismail Khan. Would that be possible?
Most of the Bhatia families moved over to India after partition but some old links or memories to cherish would be fun to share. Maybe I could place their pictures on my website for every Derawal to see and cherish. Would be waiting for your reply.

My great Grandfather was Lala Lalchand Bhatia(1856-1908) of Dera Ismail Khan. At the time of partition I was 4 years old but still vividly remember certain aspects of Dera Ismail Khan. I now live in the U.S.A. but grew up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We still speak Derawali very fluently among us brothers and sisters. All six of us siblings live in the USA but all are still very fluent in Derawali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Hindi, and English. I also know a bit of French. My grandfather’s name was Lala Chhabildas Bhatia,(1892-1956) and my father’s name was Seth Harigopal Bhatia (1917-1997), they were both fluent in reading and writing Urdu, My granfather spoke Pushto, Derawali, Hindi, Gujarat, English, While my father got his BA in Persian besides. I have had a lifelong desire to visit Dera Ismail Khan but taking in to consideration the present situation there I have decided it will never happen. Anyways I have fond memories of the things my grandfather told me about our Dera, Here is one couplet for you. Jeseram(Bhatia),jiyan shahukar koi nai, Lalchand jiyan thanedar koi nai, te Dade pade jiyan achaar koi nai. BTW for the record, Bhatias are Bhatti Rajputs who migrated northwards to Dera Ismail Khan etc from their native place of Jaisalmer Rajasthan. Here is another quip from old Dera Ismail Khan :Gaddh Dilli, gaddh Agra te Gaddh Bikaner, Balli Bajai Bhatian te Gaddh Jaisalmer.. Ever since he started a weekly newspaper called The Sunday Guardian, he is trying to prove himself or rather he is searching for his lost identity. MJ is suffering from identity crisis and this is haunting him.
He always projected himself as a socialist and a employee-friendly boss. But, it is exactly the opposite in the case of The Sunday Guardian, where his approach has become capitalistic.
Imagine, a self-proclaimed editor-in-chief designing each and every page of the newspaper. God save TSG.

Came to your blog through Indiblogger. You are doing great work. I would like to draw your attention, and in turn everybody’s attention, towards rising crime in Noida (though it is already infamous for crimes) and police inaction.
I reside in Sector-11 of Noida and almost every 2-3 days there is an incident of chain snatching, theft and robbery. Just yesterday, I myself became victim of snatching. Two people came from front and just hit me hard on my neck and took away my chain. It took all of 1-2 secs in this whole episode. There is a police chowki barely 20 walks away from that place and still this place is become a hot spot for snatching. I called up 100 and they came but I felt all of them were more interested in writing complaint / report than actually doing some thing.
No PCR van is placed at that place. When I asked police people in evening(incident took place at aroung 12:40) If any progress was made, their Chowki Incharge told me that those robbers might have taken Jhundpura road and fled to Delhi so its difficult to trace them.
I do not hope that I’ll get my treasured piece back and have reconciled to the loss. But is it a crime in this country to wear a piece of jewellery? I feel Government should ban wearing jewellery so that its police department is saved of troubles.

Please write how under their directorship, legal expenses had increased.
How many cases pending? How many lives have been facing hardship?

In February 1965 I was skiing near Simla where an Indian film company was shooting. The director asked me to show my skiing skills and afterwards said he would include me in his film.
At the time I was on my way home on leave from Malaysia where I worked. On my return, Indian friends in Malaysia said they had seen me in the film wearing my Norwegian skiing outfit with a knitted hat.
At the time I never followed up on the title of this very popular film. Now many years later, I am determined to prove to me children that I did indeed had a small part in the film.
Can you possibly help me to identify the film in question ?
