I was no Shakespeare. Hence, I was sent to the Oxford of the East — Allahabad University — to learn …at least… some English alphabets, while preparing for Engineering examinations.

It was the English Department only, where fellow students — Nimboo Lal & Aadi Singh — always gave me looks whenever I seemed lost writing something other than the subject.

And today … weeks ahead of the Valentine’s Day, I would share with you two of the small pieces that I drew then, some two decades ago:

• I will not go to heaven, if you are not there; &
• If you feel the feel I feel then the feel which you will feel will be the feel that I feel for you.

Hope these lines still have relevance today… 

… and hope these lines would (still) guide people to find their (true) Valentines.
