WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange likens his new fresh image to a politician who he says dresses so conservatively when under constant attack.

It was pointed out by noted journalist Mark Davis of SBS that his suit and hair cut are new, as the modern revolutionary is in and out of London court facing extradition to Sweden.
To this, Assange quipped: “That is the same reason why politicians dress so conservatively, when they are under constant attack. It is something that I have to do in order to keep the focus on our material and keep the focus off me.”
He brushed aside suggestion that he is under a high intensity of attention, saying his controversial works are bound to create powerful enemies. “…I suppose that is inevitable.”

Mark Davis’ impressive body of work has won five Walkley awards, including the prestigious Gold Walkley. He’s been in the London courtroom, following the WikiLeaks founder’s extradition hearing.
